But yeah the only GTA SA on the 360 is the original Xbox version.

I hate to ask but why on earth are you arguing about the existence or non-existence of an Xbox game?

(And incidentally, strangeplaice, there's something fishy about that game cover - a closer examination and a check of the barcode reveal it to resemble a cover for some warez version of the original XBOX GTA:SA probably sold from a dodgy market stall somewhere... (NB closer examination includes some naughty language, not suitable for children - I'm sure the British Board of Film Classification would never say that...))

Meh i still have all the GTA classics on PS2/PSP i would rather they were remastered in HD with trophy support if they were to be put on the Playstation store but i'd buy them on Blu-ray if they were remastered anyways.

I also am desperate to play san andreas again as i think its the best game ever. Why should xbox have it on their store when gta is and always has had a better experience on playstation so why should xbox have it. If rockstar can be bothered to put it on xbox then put it on psn. I miss the over the top mayhem and glorious free roam of sa and now find myself playings games like saints row because of how boring and too realistic gta 4 was.

Opinion only

The xbox 360 plays quite a few original xbox games and the Ps3 slim will not play ps2 games with out being re-emulated.

Rockstar did not put it on XBL Microsoft did as it bacwards compatable with the 360

But you see other more unknown companies doing it for there games. On the ps store there are many ps one classics on there. So why cant rockstar do the same for ps2 games. I think some of the best games ever have come from ps2. It doesnt matter if its a HD remake or not. I just want to play it for the gameplay not the graphics. I feel like gta 5 is just gonna be a gta 4 with san andreas instead of liberty city. So i think gta 5 will never top san andreas. I miss the planes and jetpacks and massive open worlds of san andreas and just get bored with the later games. Its not like rockstar are making the games any more. They should be like a rockstar with their games by making it over the top and ground breaking.

I would prefer 3 or VC and I agree but this down to Rock* and who knows what they are doing as it would sell either way.

Rockstar are probably to busy to get the classics on the store with Max Payne 3 out next month GTA V on it's way and i wouldn't be surprised if another Red Dead is in development. 

Rockstar would probably have to source out the conversion work out to get the PS2 or an HD version on the store even with a store PS2 version the emulation file conversion will need some programme coding which i guess Rockstar wouldn't see as a priority with their current generation release schedule.
