Greetings earthlings
Does anyone out there know exactly what the various stars are awarded for in this groovy block slider? I am enjoying the game but can't work out what the stars are actually awarded for....
Perhaps I'm just being thick. It wouldn't be the first time!

I found this on the internet, it might be useful, it's a review of the game by someone

Muchas gracias, Dante. You are the man, not the devil.
For anyone losing sleep worrying about this post: I have kind of sort of figured it out. You get a certain number of stars depending on your scores for particular tracks. How many stars you get for particular scores varies from track to track. I'm aiming for the so-called 'Easy Street' trophy but it's beginning to look like a lot of work for a bronze....![]()

I am starting to realise that Groovin' Blocks, for all its apparent dayglo friendliness, is actually frickin' hard... Making painfully slow progress ![]()
Maybe I just don't have a natural sense of rhythm...

Ummm, anyone got any tips? Just seem to be getting similar scores over and over again and have consequently stalled on nine stars.... ![]()

Oh dear, this thread is starting to turn into a bit of an echo chamber. One thing this game has made me realise - besides the fact that it isn't that well designed - is the fact that block-sliding and Breakout-style puzzle games, with their demands for relentless concentration and advanced spatial-geometric predictive skills, are actually far more hardcore than big ticket disk games. Character, atmosphere and HD graphics? irrelevant. 32-player death matches in Killzone 2? For wusses. Domination in Modern Warfare 2? Only big girl's blouses need apply. Try 100 per cent'ing Zuma or gold trophying Magic Orbz ![]()
