Well, the question is in the topic... How can I learn download size of a game before I purchase it from PS Store?
I cannot find this information for example for Sport Champions neither on PS Store opened with my console or on PS website.
I have a limited space and bandwidth and it is really necessary to know that when deciding to buy from a shop or PS Store. I am waiting for a 12 GB download for some days... I increased my bandwidth just for this... ![]()

If you can find the original blog post when the game was first made available - and in the last few months or so - you might be able to get the size there. Otherwise you have to ask here and see if anyone can help out.
(In this particular instance, the blog update of 21st December would have told you it was 12GB.)
My commiserations to you - I recently downloaded a 7.5GB game and it took about 15 hours.

Thank you for your answer. It should not be very difficult to provide users with this very essential information on download screen. Frankly, it is a ridiculous disappointment.
My suggestion is to search using Google with this query as it works better than the internal search engine of the blog:
"name of the game" "file size" site:blog.eu.playstation.com

We all agree with you. We keep pestering the Store team on the blog and will continue to do so until they make it a permanent mandatory part of the download information. Some quirk of their systems apparently must be making it harder than necessary to obtain the data and yet they manage to include it for just about every PSP game.
