Ensuring your entry is valid and can be verified:
1. The video replay must display your PSN Online ID as the active User, or the name of the youtube account must match the PSN Online ID used to enter the competition.
2. The video replay must display all HKC combos.
3. The youtube video replay must show the match replay in full.
1. At the time of playing the match the active User name (which is displayed beneath the avatar in the upper left corner of the screen) must display your PSN Online ID.
If the match is played online, your PSN Online ID will be displayed here by default.
If the match is played offline, the active User name represents the name of the PlayStation User (under ‘User’ on the XMB). If this is not the same as your PSN Online ID, change it before playing the game.
To change it, highlight the appropriate user (‘User’ on the XMB) and press Triangle to view a list of options. Select ‘Information’ and then edit the user name, making sure that it’s the same as the PSN Online ID.
2. Double check before publishing your replay to youtube that the HKC combos are being displayed: press Start when viewing the replay and navigate to ‘Options’. From here ensure that ‘View HKC Combos’ is marked ‘Yes’.
3. To save the full match, press square at the results screen. The replay can be viewed and renamed from the ‘Profile’ option from the Main Menu, under ‘Match Replays’. To upload the entire match from here to youtube you will need to place the first positional marker at the very beginning of the match replay (before the cue ball is struck to break off), and the second at the very end of the match replay (when the cue ball comes to rest after sinking the 9-ball). Use the left analogue stick to assist precise positioning of these markers.
Rules:
Any set-up of a standard 9-Ball match in Hustle Kings is eligible.
The player must break.
The player must win the match having successfully cleared all of the balls on the table.
The bonus HKC earned during the match (and not including any end-of-match awards) must be visible and will represent the competition entry score.
Videos must be uploaded during the competition time-frame.
Videos must not be edited or annotated.
Make sure you read the PlayStation competition terms and conditions for the competition and good luck!

Would be nice if the YouTube upload feature actually worked for me. All I get is -- Error (8002D001) Upload Failed. Nobody seems to have a fix.
Here's my thread at VooFoo's Hustle King's forum.

I'm aware there was an update a while back to correct balls jumping out of the pocket if you potted any harder than feather-touch, but have they made the cushions more lively? that was the other big problem I had. That along with power-based ball paths, which whilst an observable feature were too prominent.
Oddly given the attention to that ball-path detail was the absence of power affecting cushion rebound angles as the cushion straightens up shots played at power.
Anyway, I might give this a go as It'll give me a reason to see what they've improved and what they still need to work on.

I dont think the video playback shows wether an aim line is used or not. Same goes for Analog stick or that clock-type thing. I've been using the stick for ages and heard it harder... Anyway I'm 99% sure you get the same amount of points wether you use lines or not.
I know that mate, its just pretty much impossible to miss with the aiming line on ie no skill involved in winning the competition.
Now que poeple who probably could not pot a ball without the line, using the chalk every shot to pull off stupid shots that net thousands of points. Usually a competition winner is the best player, with the way this comp is set up its pot luck!! (pun not intended).
