are we going to enforce QW's idea of no force retakes? need a definite answer before the tournament starts tonight.

for what it's worth, i'll second QW's idea. seems a bit unfair if you automatically forfeit a frame because of missing three times in a row.

The rule is technically correct and if implemented correctly should be in HK...however QW beef with it and mine is that HK is very poor sometimes at calculating what is a snooker and what is not thus no retakes solves the problem.
