Hi,

I am new to PS plus and was wondering if I do not download any games from the instant game collection this month, will be able to still get them for free later .i.e. Borderlands etc... Do not have space on the drive right now, but don't want to miss out. From what I read on the internet the games needs to be downloaded and then it could be re downloaded for free any time whenerever necessary, but what happens if I didn't download it? Thanks

Just make sure you click download on the actual game advert on the store so that it goes into your download history. You dont have to download it from there then until you are ready/able to. But if you never click the download button it will go off the instant game collection and you will miss out. I've done it recently with just cause 2 and dead space 2, and some other stuff that i think i might never play/want but just incase i do then at least the options still there for me months later, i just have to go to download history. I also downloaded for the first time recently the adrenaline dlc pack for Motorstorm Pacific Rift that i got free from plus about a year ago. So trust me it works. Hope this helps.

Another method to get things into your download list, if you're collecting a bunch of stuff together, it to add it all to your shopping cart, and then check out (at zero cost). When you go through the check-out process, you'll eventually get through to a screen where you can download everything but you need not download it because (check! just in case!) it should now also be in your download list for ever more.

Shame the download list is so horrible to navigate.

Or have they improved it yet from one giant chronological list? Even making it one giant alphabetic list would be and improvement. You're much more likely to remember what it is called rather than when in the last 6 years you downloaded it...

Instead of going to my download list, all i do is go to the game I want to download/re-download again on the actual store and click 'download' it then comes up saying something about this has already been purchased and then I click 'download'. Quicker than looking through the entire unorganised download list.
