it is indeed free to download....  there is an almost identical download directly benetath it too costing £7.99

EA Online pass prices are a total joke so TYVM for this little nugget of information.  Dependent on the randomness of lovefilm. I'll probably recieve this on saurday or at some point next week.

They are both the same files because once you download the free one, the one costing £7.99 also shows as having been downloaded with the little red icon next to it in the PSN store.

the demo unlocks some mass effect 3 stuff and also some Kingdoms of amalur:Reckoning unlocks.
