Welcome to the Worms Weekend MVP Mini-Tournament!
Get your banana bombs ready and prepare to explode your way to victory to become the Worms Champion of the forums! 
The Tournament takes place every weekend at 3pm on both Saturday and
Sunday. There'll be up to 16 players split into four groups for the
Qualifiers on Saturday, and the first to win 2 rounds will go through to the Final on Sunday.
If you want to join in the fun, all you need to do is put your name down in this thread. If you look near the end of the thread there should be a list of players for the coming weekend. All you need to do is copy that list into a post and add your PSN ID at the bottom.
On Friday evening I'll randomly sort everyone into four groups, each of which will need a host. If you think you'll be alright hosting, then add "(can host)" after your name in the list. As a host, you'll need to set up the room and send a friends request to everyone in your group.
The Qualifiers - SATURDAY at 3pm
On Saturday, there'll be a chatroom up at about 2:45 for everyone to join, where we'll get the rooms organised. The hosts will need to set up the rooms with the following settings:
Match Type - Friends
Game Style - Intermediate
Number of Players - 4
To find and join the room do a search for the above settings (remember not to search for 'Any' number of players, which seems to cause the game to freeze - set it to 4 instead).
The
game ends after someone has won 2 rounds. Once everyone's finished,
post back in this thread who the winner was and they'll go through to
the final on Sunday. 
The Final - SUNDAY at 3pm
I'll
post up the details for the final on Saturday evening. Someone will
need to host, and you should use the same settings as before. Whoever
is the first to win 2 rounds will be the overall winner of the weekend,
and will be able to choose any one of these awards to show off in their
sig:

Intermediate mode doesn't have Concret Donkeys. 
I think you can only use them if you pick them up in a crate, but they're very rare.
Bazooka and grenades are the onyl weapons you'll ever need anyway. 
Shame more people haven't signed up yet, I was execting this to be quite popular. I'm guessing this forum doesn't get viewed very much...

yea that does kinda suck, we need to find a way to advertise it somehow mayby
well were up to 7 now so one more and we can have 2 games, if we get that then how about taking the top 2 from each game and having a play off for them and the other 4 teams left play off for the bottom half of the table?
also is anone else disappointed by the lack of worm select in the game?
