Seriously how hard can it be to make the store easy to navigate?

Now when I go to 'Latest' you don't actually get the latest content at a glance which was much better, instead your confronted with sub-folders which already exist elsewhere, the EU store has been a complete joke from the off set in terms of it's usability, I wish I knew who was designing this crap, the U.S. store is PERFECT, why can't you guys just copy the format? Jesus.

Also at the very least label the sub-folders/thumbnails please like they do in the US store as half the time you don't even know that the thumbnail/logo is supposed to represent, the latest section now just looks like a jumbled mess, you don't even know where to begin to find your knew content.   Interfaces should be functional and intuitive to use, not a chore.

The reason why stuff like this gets me riled up at times is it's just so hard to understand how something of such poor design can be passed, I mean who actually looks at this and says 'good job' ?

Totally agree with you. I cant understand why they think this makes it easier to use.

I'm not usually one to moan but I have to agree that the re-design is a backward step. It took me ages last night to track down all the new stuff. And the fact that you find the same items in several different locations is a bit silly. You should be able to find all the items added for the current week in one place.

I like it personally. I wouldn't say it's perfect, but I prefer not having to wade through millions of themes and avatars to find the demos and trailers. It also annoyed me at having to remember the last thing I saw in the previous week, so I knew I wasn't checking through older "latest" content.

I don't know why but this exasperated bit of blashpemy just made me lol.

I agree with you though it's bloody terrible.  I did the same as another member mentioned doing & just gave up.  Fortunately I only look at the store out of interest I very rarely buy.  When I do want something I tend to look at the whole rather than just the latest so hopefully the horrible layout will only impede upon my curiosity.

You're probably not Sony's chief demographic of concern when it comes to pleasing it's customers then.
