Obviously Payday has been delayed now, but I want to know when are the redemption codes being sent out for those people who are getting it for free via the PLAY promotion?

Also, will our redemption codes also supply the pre-order bonuses that were given out, too?  Seeing as how our PLAY promotions were done before Payday was even put up on the store, I think we qualify for the pre-order bonus items.

i keep hearing the end of his month we as we only have 2 days left!!  i think SOE have yet again Bu***uc*ed us

why cant you just tell us the truth about why its being held back!

i went out and bought BF3 to replace the fact that im waiting for this, bad choice by me as i have now returned it as its naff 

if the heist isnt ready then just tell us or is some single mom somewhere in the worl getting upset that he lil bou y would be aprt of a bank robbery in a game and is now getting upset...  bless

Please don't try to make this yet another thread complaining about the delay, there are more than enough of them already; this thread is trying to address the PLAY promotion aspect of obtaining the game upon its release.

The explanation we were given was that the game failed QA. This could be anything from network problems to graphic- or sound-glitching but I don't think we'll get any more explanation than that. Companies don't generally give details of their software failures.

The game has been announced for Nov 2nd. I'd like to think that those who are entitled to it free or via pre-order will get it on Wednesday but it's anyone's guess at the mo.

Remember that when Sony say Nov 2 they mean late afternoon / early evening - perhaps 5pm GMT.

Thanks for that, hadn't checked back on there since about 6pm on that day; still, a bit crap that those of us who had effectively pre-ordered it before the pre-order was even put up aren't getting the bonuses.
