I'd thought I just give a heads up and describe the new Pinballistik Bundle, which includes the original ‘Pinballistik’ as well as its add-ons ‘Made of Money’ and ‘Sector X,’ that will be released on the EU PlayStation Store on January 25th for €7.99.
If you haven’t yet heard, Pinballistik is unlike any pinball game you’ve ever seen. It features the genre’s first two-player Battle mode where players can duke it out head-to-head on the same table against a buddy or cunning AI opponent. In Battle mode you can compete to be the first to reach a certain point total or race to see who can rack up the most points within a certain amount of time. Tinker to your heart’s content as everything from the number of balls and time limit to the severity of Battle mode penalties and strategic power-ups are configurable.
For the pinball purists out there each one of the themed battle tables also offers challenging and fully-featured vintage single player pinball gameplay. In addition, each game mode and settings configuration has its own online Ranking board. I know some of you are up to the challenge of claiming the top spot in them all.
Kick off your Pinballistik experience with the original Circle the Wagons table. Mosey on down to the saloon or pay a visit to the can-can dancers. Make sure you finish loading your revolver before your opponent and then take aim and FIRE! See if you are Made of Money in a blinged-out table extravaganza where opulence and wealth are the order of the day. Be sure to catch the table’s inventive ‘side-switch’ feature in Battle mode where you must complete features on both sides of the table.
Finally, blast off into space at the speed of light in ‘Sector X,’ an homage to the dramatic and campy science-fiction shows of the 1930’s. Gear yourself up to contend with UFO invasions, teleporters, and asteroids as you disable force-fields to get to your opponent and rack up big points in the table’s subterranean skirmish arena. Pinball has never been this intense so don’t miss your chance to dominate your friends in exciting competitive pinball action today!
