Posting for agreement. Who ever thought bright backgrounds for white text was a good idea needs to try and read their own creations.

I mean, do I have to take photos of every background that makes the text hard to read? It's not the highlight of my day...

Like I say, there should be some guidelines for the selection of suitable backgrounds or a change to the way text is displayed so it can be easily read on any background.

They just need to make the background boxes on the right the same level of alpha'ed black as the one on the left. Then they can choose whichever background they like. It's not rocket science, yet it took film subtitlers about two decades to catch on. Let's hope the store team are slightly more on the ball...

Changing the background is just a band-aid solution - they need to change the item boxes. It's probably more involved but it's a permanent fix

Total madness normally when i see the store like that i usually exit and save my pennies for another day. I just can't be bothered if i can't read any product information really poor by the store team.
