There is a new download icon on the menu in GT5 - try that?

Providing you have the latest update, when you get to the main screen there should be a new icon on the far right select that and it will check for your purchases and allow you to download and install, well install an unlock key as i guess the update contained all the data for the DLC.

This content cannot be gameshared it even says if you have more than one account you have to purchase it for each one.

hey man i got the problem i bought assassins creed revelations new dlc and it sayd the same it cnt acces be be be be and it not gives me access to my view downloads too

Sounds like you've encountered the download list bug. Which they are working on fixing.
