Help me i got a big problem. I had 5 playstation last week my 5 playstation ylod now i got a new one but i have a problem. You see i tried to use the store it wont let me since i have 5 other ps3 activated on my account and it says i need to deactivate it. But the problem is that how can i deactivate them when my ps3 are not working?

It says i need to go to the ps3 i want to deactivate but i cant since they dont work. Do you have any suggestion how to fix this? because i dont want to lose everything i have on my store because then i have wasted alot of money! So any ideas how i can deactivate the other ps3 somebody please help me i am desperate i just want all my stuff back!!!

Go here https://account.qriocity.com/login.action

Log in using your account email nad password, Click on account then go down to Media and Devices click on the game tab and go deactivate accounts.

This will wipe the previous 5 accounts and when you log onto your new PS3 jusy go account information and activate account. You wont loose any details or previous history or anything but it should let you now download things and use the store

Thanks i worked it deactivated it but there is still no cotent should i wait a day or something for it to arrive or?

There is an error with the download list. Its not showing up for anyone, Sony are looking into the problem so should be fixed soon

This is amazing.  I've been looking to do this for so long, even asked a member of the helpline who was unwilling to help me.  I've had so many PS3s Break on me so it's a releif to finally deactivate them.

OMFG THANK YOU! Ive been getting poed cuz my account was hacked by 7 different ppl and i couldnt download the COD MW3 season pass maps and thanks to your help i can now. I appreciate it alot man.
