Psn unlimited music charged me without my permission and I want my money back (50 minutes ago)

Hi there,

 

PSN just charged me for PSN unlimited music, and to be honest with you guys I'm just so *****.

I would like to kindly ask you whoever that is in charge and also is reading this for refund as I have only used this once as a trial and as far as I can remember there was nothing about this unless Sony has tricked me into it.

I'm not joking about the refund and I don't care about any policies you have there, I want my money back.

It's not really about the money it's just that I hate to think that Sony's trying to act like Microsoft, we all hate rip offs.

I'm not gonna moan like a child but seriously if I don't get my money back, I'm going to spend more than what you can think of to take this to media and make you guys look so retarded.

Get me my damn money back, why the heck would I wanna pay for your crap unlimited whatever bull***** at the first on my first use as a trail, why would you put a bloody option where I can't see it to charge me!

 

I made a nice screen shot of what I'm posting and if a moderator finds this offensive; it ain't. So don't just go ahead and remove this post, it won't be good for you :smileywink:.

P.S: I censored the bad parts myself so it wont hurt your minors feelings (like they don't hear it all day long in your games!!!!)

The bad parts get censored on their own anyway :smileywink:

You should have cancelled the auto renewal which is automatically activated when you start the trial, as I did. You could send I to the media though but might only reach school newspapers.

Give Sony Customer Service a phone call. There is no point griping in the forums, as they're not a channel to the powers that be. Even if you email Sony Customer Service directly, you get a reply asking you to ring them. :smileyindifferent:

Sorry to break it to you,but you are wrong and have no right for a refund.When you accepted the TOS for PSN,adding a Credit Card and Qriocity it stated that auto renewal is switched on and to cancel the subscription before the premium trial ends.

 

This has been topic has been discussed already HERE .I know your a bit peeved about this,but you should have at least read the TOS before you accepted it.If you were signing away your soul you probably would have read the T&C's on that more carefully:Devil:

Sine I bought my PS# (day1) I've never been tricked into any of these, that's why I actually like Sony and hate Microsoft :smileyvery-happy:.
This time was different and if I knew that this was the case I would have never downloaded that crap. When I removed it from my PS3, I though I was not gonna get charged at all and didn't know that they copied all my details into their server I spoke to Sony and they confirmed I'm not the only one and they suggested how to stop these ****ers lol. I have a phone number to phone but I doubt it if they would give me my money back, what I hate is that I didn't even use this a ****ing trail.

I wasn't even aware that there was a trial. I just downloaded the app and put my info in and it was there. No TOS from what I remember.
