I've been reading these forums for about a year now and I've hardly ever seen an official Sony reply relating to store content. Perhaps once directly, and a few mediated through the helpful moderators. These forums are just not a medium for conveying official information.
However in the last few weeks I seem to have seen an increase in the number of people who seem to expect Sony to reply directly to their questions on these forums. That would be an expensive luxury. We don't get it. Get over it.
In any case, even if there were someone employed to answer all the community's questions, they'd probably work 9 to 5 so expecting a response within 40 minutes of a query at 5.45pm is really wishful thinking.
For what it's worth, this member of community has been following the PSOne classics information on the weekly Store Update blog with interest for ages, so I can say something...
The three titles you list are all games that were never released in the EU. Although the store team has said that it would theoretically possible for non-EU PSOne games to hit the store, this has always been put across as a theoretical possibility and not necessarily one with anything practical happening in the pipeline. They've also been fairly clear that the responsibility to publish must come from the original publisher or rights owners; all the store team can do is keep telling the likes of Square Enix that the community is interested.
Also the Store team tend to keep shtum on most PSOne classics until right about the time they're released, so even if there were some official forum-poster knocking around to answer our questions, they probably wouldn't be able to give you any other answer anyway. ![]()

It sure would be great to see Legend Of Mana, Threads Of Fate and Chrono Cross on EU PSN ![]()
However, considered they weren't released in Europe during the PS1 days, it's extremely unlikely they will be released here now.
All hope is not lost, though, two of the games (not Chrono Cross) will be released on US PSN soonish, and you can make a US account if you so please.
Europe is really behind when it comes to JRPGs. Chrono Trigger was released back in 1995, but Europe didn't get the game until 2009 with the DS remake, so it took 14 years. Chrono Cross was released in 1999, so I guess it might get here in 2013?
At least most JRPG publishers gotten better since the PS1 days, except for Namco and Nintendo that won't release the PS3 version of Tales of Vesperia, Xenoblade or The Last Story outside of Japan.
