They haven't added all the Spyro games to the EU store because they DON'T WORK CORRECTLY.

The Store team would love to get Spyro on the store. They've put a lot of effort into overcoming the hurdles that prevent the games from being published and the chances are better than ever that we will indeed see them at some point over the next few months.
