No refund here.And i aint expecting one tonight now.

I thought it would come when the store updated - But the time is now 6:20pm and still zip.

This is so frustrating - The game i have PAID FOR is sitting on the store,yet i am powerless to do anything about it.Because SONY has still got my money.

To the german guy - I totally agree mate.This is the worst customer service i have ever experienced for online products.

I say support,there isnt any.I dont blame the staff - This has to come from the top.You simply can not have an online store run like this .

I appear to have not been refunded, and I still see just the Episode 1 and the Full Game Upgrade on the Store. I don't mind shelling out again while I wait for a refund, but before I do, will downloading the Full Game Upgrade download the rest of the episodes, or do I have to wait for them to be listed individually?

Any clarification would be appreciated, thanks.

Were they ever all up there individually, or was it a case of the Full Game Upgrade downloading the remaining ones, or 'unlocking' them on the store?

I just checked and I haven't received my refund yet. And also the game I already paid for, is not listed as purchased.

Im really ***** now.

I have been waiting quiet all those 13 days, but this is just outrageous. They shouldve started the refund proccess SO LONG ago.

I dont trust sony enough to buy the game again and hope for my refund to come. Not after all this.

Im really ***** that the game is there in the store, and I cant get it without paying for it AGAIN.

The newly listed item which is not marked as bought is the complete game.

I downloaded/bought it again despite not being refunded (still waiting on that).

When you download the new full version upgrade it lists 5 downloads: The 100 kb license for chapter 1 and chapter 2-5 each ~ 200 MB.

Edit: To clearify: In the store itself are only the Chapter 1 Demo + the Full Version Upgrade. But the second one contains the 5 episodes.
