Hey guys,

I had the same problem, bought full series and only recieved episode 1.

Just rang SCEE uk hotline, and the chap was very helpful (although a little hard to understand).

He told me that sony will refund the £7.19 to my PSN wallet in 2 days time and if I buy the full series again it will be fixed.

@Johnskibob : Then your credit card is linked to your account and is automaticaly used when you buy a game. I garantee you that we have to pay again.

The only other thing that may have happened is that you got your refund exactly in the same moment you bought the game...

It's good to know, but I think the strategy of Sony now is refund our money when the offer will be over and make us pay 18€.

I have major doubts about SONYs attitude towards the store (especially after this mess).

But surely they wouldnt stoop this low..?

When you download the new full version upgrade it lists 5 downloads: The 100 kb license for chapter 1 and chapter 2-5 each ~ 200 MB.

Edit: To clearify: In the store itself are only the Chapter 1 Demo + the Full Version Upgrade. But the second one contains the 5 episodes.

aargghh, i hate my bad english. does that mean, if i would downloading now the fullversions upgrade that there are all episods in??? because i looked in the german store and the upgrade only had 10 mb (o.k. its much more than the first upgrade)

I called the german PSN support yesterday ( tuesday ).

The guy on the phone said, that he never heard of any problems with Tales of Monkey Island.

He was sure the problem was caused by me *argh*

After a short discussion he wanted to forward my request to the head office in UK.

One hour later the full series unlock was taken out of the store and i received the refund of 8,99€ to my wallet.

In the spanish forum Gobobob, Community Team Leader (That's sound well-paid) said the offer will be online until we can buy it.

Still no refund for me yet, I'm just waiting on it before I try redownloading again (like most of you, it seems).

Hope the refunds aren't done by age or anything like that, I'm nearly 34 so I'd probably have a lengthy wait.
