Tombi/Tomba PSOne Classic PETITION!

For years we classic PlayStation gamers have dreamed of having the great platforming/RPG adventure, Tombi, on the PlayStation Network for PSone classics.

Unfortunately for us, the PlayStation Network has constantly ignored our call to have this great game published once again.  If you were to try to find an original copy of this game online it would set you back easily £50-£100.  Suffice it to say, this game is not easy to come by in its original format.

PlayStation Network has already proved in the past that it is possible to bring us hard-to-find classic games, such as Kula World, so I see no difficulty in bringing this even greater game to the Network, especially since Sony have the publishing rights to this classic.

Another point I would like to mention is that us European gamers are cruelly ignored when it comes to the PSone service on the PlayStation Network.  The Japanese and American service has a whole host of classic games while we have to make do with Party Time with Winnie the Pooh and The Little Mermaid 2.

Sony, why is this?!

Bring us Alundra, Dino Crisis, Ape Escape, Spyro the Dragon, Croc: Legend of the Gobbos, Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver, Pandemonium, but please, no more Disney games.

Thank you for reading and please sign the petition and help us out.  We have been ignored too long.

That is funny!

More seriously, let's have a look... First, Tombi! (Tomba!, Ore! Tomba) hasn't been released on any store, which suggests that there are likley licensing issues or compatibility issues. I think compatibility isn't the issue so lets have a look at licensing... Created by Whoopee Camp, a developer that expired and split up - that's not a good sign. To make matters worse, if Wikipedia is to be believed, the title tracks were localised and the European one created by the BBC. Sounds like a licensing nightmare right there so don't get your hopes up. :smileysad:

Before you make false assumptions, please get your facts right, me and Dan asked friends to help us out and sign the petition, the friends had never posted so I can see how you might have mistook me for duplicating accounts, if you're that concerned about it, go ahead check the IP addresses.

Haha, chilax dude, I couldn't care less to be honest. You and your mates can create as many accounts as you want. But if you think a petition on the forums will make any difference what so ever, I'm afraid your wasting your time.

Good luck though :smileywink:
