If you're hoping that a dozen (or hundred, or thousand, or whatever) signatures in a forum will change the minds of anyone in a position to publish a game on the PSN, then, well, let's just say it seems very optimistic. Better, if you're serious, to find out who owns the publishing rights in Europe and 'petition' them directly.

I agree... but to my understanding it's impossible to do anything with the tombi games as whoopee came was bought up by another company no longer into gaming, and probably not worrying about it's IPs in gaming given both games sold very badly.
