Re: Walking dead episode 2

UK did have it didn't they? but Sony then removed the game from PS-Store or something?

I'm not happy about this really. wish i bought it on 360 now being honest. PS-Store showed Monthly when i agreed too buy the game up front, so Sony have gone against their agreement as it's now been changed.

Anyone tried calling Sony? to see if refunds are given.

[ Edited ]

I mentioned in the other thread but will say it here.

Sony has to give you a full refund by law if you want it, because you bought it based on the description of "monthly". Its Uk law and your Statutory rights to get a full refund, so if you call them and they say they can't/won't refund you, bring up your rights and how they have advertised falsely to you.

Re: Walking dead episode 2

I'm not sure it's a case of Sony messing up. They are the 'retailer' and as such have to have rules regarding the product they sell.

It appears from the conflicting statements from telltale and Sony that each blames each other. Telltale claim to have supplied it on time and Sony claim they didn't. Well if Telltale supplied it to Sony at the same time they supplied it to Microsoft then they haven't supplied it in time as they (and us) know Sony take longer to complete checks before posting the product for down load. If they are aware of the time involved then Telltale should have allowed for that when informing gamers when it would be released.

The most frustrating thing about the entire issue is the terrible customer serivce offered by both Sony and Telltale! It stinks that gamers pay up front and are then taken for idiots when the product is not delivered. We at least deserve a decent excuse from someone!

Telltale did supply it on time as it went up Friday night and even had a pacth as well out on Friday night.

Then SCEE took it down again

PS3 got EPs 1 on the Wednesday with the 360 getting the Friday

It was meant to be switched around for Eps 2 this time with XBL getting it Wednesday and Ps3 Friday.

To make it fair.

One of Sony's problems is that they have regional verification process where MS don't and SCEA seem to be more faster and less complaisant than SCEE.

The problem lies here with SCEE as it did go up but they took it back down.

Don't think they will admit it though.

Sony are stabbing their loyal family customers in the back - We have 3 PS3s and 3 PSPs all on the same IP address and all registered with Sony. Why can't we use them at the same time anymore?
