Why am I being to asked to renew my licenses for Gran Turismo and Warhawk??

Why am I being to asked to renew my licenses for Gran Turismo and Warhawk both of which I downloaded for the P.S store?? Does this mean I need to basicly buy it again because that is what it looks like to me or is it something else?

Have you shared the games with others?

All signatures sucks, especially those with images in them.
