Hi.
I'm having trouble adding funds to the wallet. The billing details are fine because I can see a authoristion charge of 1 euro on my statement, also there is enough funds on the account and I'm trying to add only 5 euro. So I would appreciate if anyone could explain to me how come you can charge me 1 euro and not give me the option to use the service. I called the support line and I didnt get any help. I was told that it might be a case that too many people are using service at a time ?!? Tried few times different days, time of a day and night etc.
