I purchased the Gta episodes bundle in the DLC sale last night. The first problem is you can only download TBOGT, no download for lost and damned. Second problem is that the dlc doesnt even work. There is no option to select a new game with TBOGT when you start up GTA 4. I know im not the only one with this problem, theres been several complaints on playstation blog eu. I just want to know whats going to happen about it.

Same! Seems the download is somehow broken as even TBOGT won't let you play it from the in game menu...I will contact customer support tomorrow and post my findings (annoyed that its the 2nd time in a month I've had to contact SONY for dlc issues )

*UPDATE* I called customer services this morning. They said they are aware of the problem and are in discussion with Rockstar (the provider of the content) to rectify the problem and will call back once it has been fixed. My advice is to call them up and give them your details and you should get the dlc owed to you soon (hopefully). It would be nice to hear some official advice on this problem from mods on here though!

Same, pretty ***** off tbh, it took me hours to download and doesn't even work -_-. And now on the store its saying I haven't even bought it! and can only get TBOGT.

I e-mailed them earlier about it, but no response of yet. if not I will give them a ring.

Just be patient. I'm sure Sony and Rockstar are doing all they can and will update you when they know more. You'll either be refunded, or they'll announce a patch is incoming.

Its not up to Sony to fix and patches can't be written just like that. Rockstar will need to go over thousands of lines of code to get to the source which might take days, weeks even. I'm sure they're doing all they can

I hope I don't have to call the customer service to have this problem fixed. They should know everyone that tried to buy the bundle, since the sent confirmation emails

Just been back on the store to check if the download has been fixed, and now it wont even let me download the bundle at all as if ive never bought it..! anyone else got the same problem?
