missing pre orders from play content

ok i pre ordered all play content games expecting the dlc with it or extras and i havent recieved the beaconing character dlc nor the bloodrayne home avatar t shirt. Also it says on blog that street fighter 2 for ps1 is free yet it says 7.99 oe plus section???

SF2 ps1 is for Germany + New Zealand only.
