ok my playstation account is anoying me now need help

hi ther i went to buy something on the playstation store the other night and it said my sccount information is wrong and go to account managment to change my billing information or something like that.

so i went to my account and there was nothing wrong i put all the information of my card in and i did it right but still says it is wrong. i think the last time i used it was to buy battlefield 1943 so i dont use it a lot but it worked then. any help on what is wrong?
