with Playstation Plus, once your subscription ends you lose access to the games you got given through the service. though you do keep things youve put money towards (anything you bought with the discounts PS Plus offered) as well as themes and avatars and stuff like that.
not entirely sure, but i think if you re-subscribe you gain access to them again? not too sure though. otherwise i guess youve just got to properly buy the games youre after? again, not sure if that works.
but yeah, thats kinda the big point of PS Plus, youre not actually given the games to keep forever, only until you stop subscribing.
