I recommend SSX personally - my 3 year old loves it, and it basically plays itself.
It's a disk game though - not on PSN (AFAIK).
PSN games...
That really old duck one - forget the name.

My friends' kids really enjoy LittleBigPlanet and the LEGO games. Though I think you have to get all the LEGO games on disc, not download. Also EyePET for some inexplicable reason, though I suppose that's the targeted age bracket.
Don't forget that LittleBigPlanet and Joe Danger include level editors, so if things are too difficult, you can make your own easier levels, without any lethal hazards - though I recognise that as a parent, that might be too time-consuming an option. Mind you, if you can get her interested in the creation side, that would be a bonus. However, it doesn't take very long in LBP to create your own run-along-and-jump-occasionally level; interspersed with photos of the family (if you have a PlayStation Eye) or references to things in her life, she may particularly enjoy it
Also, don't underestimate the little ones' ability to get good at these games with a bit of practice! ![]()

I can recommend Toy Story 3, Disney Universe and any LEGO games. All 3 have local co-op mode,
which is really fun.
I know, not PSN games, but downloadable from store and my two girl (3 and 5) are addicted from TS3.

Magic ball (or magic orbs as I think its called now) would be ideal.
The controls are left and right on your analogue stick and occasionally the X button.
Very colourful and cartoony looking graphics too, ideal for the nippers.
Its one my nephews beat me at constantly, well.... one of many if I'm honest.

I've just ordered TS3 for my kids (and maybe me lol) after reading the IGN review.
