Scheduled maintenance doesn't last usually last this long (over 9 hours is how long the store has been down). Its clear that something went wrong with the PSN Store with the last update. Stop trying to act like you know everything lol.

Start time - 01:00 AEST Friday 12th Aug
End time - 12:00 AEST Friday 12th Aug

If my calculations are correct, that's a scheduled 11 hour window.

Moderator's wont speak to you about anything account related on the forums.
Especially not when it comes to credit card details =P

Yea I rang them earlier today. They had credit card issues yesterday. All funds will be transferred back next week. They think around Tuesday/Wednesday :Shame: The guy on the phone was pretty good in answering questions and giving information.

Yeah I rang up and the guys said early next week it should be refunded.

It was just my luck this happening since Thursday night was the first time in weeks I've played COD and decided to buy the new map pack.

Looks like there are still major issues at Sony with getting their network and store working properly.

Theres been some minor issues with certain things but we do not provide assistance about PSN accounts on forums and you will need to call your local Playstation support centre for that type of assistance.

If there is any billing issues we need to know about them when you call and we can always raise the case to a billing department for investigation.

Also always check with your bank before calling as 1 payment may be showing as pending and if this is the case most times doesnt go through if you have made the purchase already.

Please do not jump to conclusions and we know its frustrating but please remain calm when calling so we can assist you as quickly and effieciantly as possible.
