I bought the 'Sam & Max: Beyond Time & Space' and all episodes download just fine except for the very first episode(Ice Station Santa) which is actually a demo you have to unlock, using the activation key you are given. Whenever I try to download the Ice Station Santa episode i get the 'HTTP Status Code: 503' error.

What should I do?

I would probably contact your local support centre for assistance.

These numbers can be found in the back of any game manual.

You haven't mentioned, but I'm sure you've downloaded any trial / unlock key combo required, you could try deleting the trial and the unlock, downloading the trial, installing it, and then downloading the unlock key.

I did call the support center the were not very well informed.

I also deleted every Sam & Max related file and  went to download the demo first hand, but download doesn't even start. 

Damn, I wanna play this so bad.

Okay, the problem is now solved. I had to use a dynamic IP address with no port forwarding or anything similar.
