missing Soulcalibur 5 dlc pack?

heya guys! I was playing away on soulcalibur 5 a couple days ago and I noticed there was a new dlc compatibility pack released, the description for said pack lists 3 dlc sets... yet only two are available... I did some research and it appears the set is currently available in the US and on x-box live game versions, Are we not recieving this content or did someone forget to put it up???
