I have an ongoing problem concerning a Trophy call
So I called Ubisoft who sent me through their regular trouble-shooting, which unfortunately did not help. Afterwards they told me to call PlayStation Support as Ubisoft cannot "award" Trophies. So I called PlayStation Support. They said they could not do anything and that Ubisoft had the responsibility to help me.
What do I do? They keep sending me back and forth.
I find it hard to believe that Sony PlayStation cannot do anything about Trophies. They make it sound as if PlayStation has nothing to do with PlayStation Network.
I've done this a couple of times and it hasn't worked...
Well.. My scores are registered as I check in-game. Even when checking the online ubisoft network, it shows a score in each and every game mode. Still no luck. Help.
Have you played both tutorial inroductory sessions 1 and 2 fully?
I believe they actually count towards the Explorer trophy unlocked ok for me a few days ago.
Sorry my stats aren't the best but check if yours are missing any. As I didn't have any problems with this :)
I actually just got my Trophy. Finally. After 10 months xD
I checked the assassinsnetwork at Ubisoft, which I had done many times before and noticed that 2 of the game modes had only been played twice. So I figured something might have gone wrong when it tried to register those two modes.
So I played them both and it popped! I finally got my Trophy and my Platinum. Now I can finally lay this game to rest.
