Hi anyone else have problems with trying to get the trophy for what a party all the claptraps seem to drop is wires,motherboards etc,sometimes i get the odd panties and fish but the pizzas dont seem to drop.Also same with the oil cans was wondering if anyone knew the best place to get these items been trying for a week now but getting nowhere.

The drop rate for some of the collectibles is very low especially the bobble heads, pizza and oil cans. Your best bet at getting what you want is going back to the Dr Ned-trap fight and wedging yourself in the gap to the right of the weapons chest on the left ridge of where you first enter the fight. This way the exploding Claptraps wont be able to get to you and after 20-30 minutes you should at least get some of the collectibles that you need. Rinse and repeat.

I finally managed the trophies buy revisiting the junkyard repeatedly at Taturus Station you can also revist the clap trap boss and hide behind the bus and leave your Ps3 on for a few hours.

Thanks for the replys looks like i will have to sit behind that bus and leave it for a couple of hours was hopeing that this game would be my first plat i wont give up determind to get my first plat on this game.

Also when you do manage to get some pizas,oil cans etc,etc and you save and quit the game do the items you have already collected still count when you start up the game again with the same charactor?

Download content trophies do not count towards platinum ...

Oh Ew_tux i didnt know that dlc trophies didnt count towards the plat trophy must of missed a trophy then for borderlands will have to check to see which one but thank you for the info.

Well thanks to eu_tux i have now got the plat trophy for borderlands my first plat.

As Ew_Tux says the DLC's trophies dont count towards the platinum if you quit the game it should save the collection trophies oil cans/panties/bobble heads/pizzas etc.
