Child labour (trophies)

Recently I noticed a trend with some of my PSN e-fwiends, in which their children play games on their account. You may say "fair enough", I say "maybe there is a scheme going on here".

These games obviously have trophies, maybe this isn’t simple, “oh my kid wants to play this game”, I say this is obvious trophy boosting, which isn’t right. What is worse, if the adult is making the child play easy trophies game and bribing them with sweets & the threat of a sugar withdrawn to stop them from speaking out?

This isn’t acceptable and we must do something!

Not only is it not morally right, but easy trophy games are given a bad name

I got my littleun Cars2 and he plays it on my account.

He has to keep playing until he earns at least one trophy per session or no dinner:smileytongue:

I wish the controllers still had cables so I could use it to whip mine until they had earned at least a silver. If they earn a gold they may take 6 hours leave to get some sleep.

They are given a bad name because they deserve it! I know, ive played them in my trophy hunting days..

I think since trophies came out, more adults than kids.. have played them. We give them to kids to play so they can enjoy them not to get our trophies for us. We can shamefully do that ourselves ! but I guess those who wont admit to playing Hanna Montanna will say it was there daughter who played it ! I have no kids.. I have no excuse :smileytongue:

I have the long charging cables, works quite well:smileywink:

@joeboro, I wouldn't stoop so low as to introduce Hana Montana to the kids!!:smileytongue:

Re: Child labour (trophies)

What's worse?

Adults that enslave their children to play their games to get easy trophies, against their will, leaving them socially crippled and allergic to sunlight, or...

Adults that pretend it was their child that played an easy game, when it was actually the adult and are just too ashamed to admit it?
