I have to say that one of the most time consuming platinums have to be either Final Fantasy XIII or Fallout 3

I have said it before and I shall say it again. Motorstorm Pacific Rift. The online is a true mare. Altho I am not into this boosting malarky. Not sure if it would have been much easier to be honest unless your opponents would be willing to sacrifice their rank for you.

Plus winning the races / time trials themselves took a fair few tries and that's single player

It's would properly be Warhawk (for time actually playing the game).

For me and Plats obtained, Final Fantasy XIII followed by Borderlands.... For me and Plats that are close but not obtained, Resistance 2.... if I could be bothered going for the 9600 other online kills I need, which with my k/d rate if I was to play every night I'd probably get it around the time Resistance 56 comes out...

Generally speaking though, most people agree that online games that require you play for up to 100s of hours ranking up online, like GTAIV and Warhawk, are the most time consuming..
