Platinums I'm jealous of:
Warhawk - Not only are some of the trophies fendishly tough but it also takes soo much time to do. I just can't dedicate my gaming life to trying to platinum Warhawk (not to mention I'd be murdered by the hardcore still playing at this stage). It's a plat that doesn't just required grinding but skilled grinding. Impossible for me.
WipeoutHD - I'm just too old and too slow. This plat is pure skill and I'm just not good enough at racing games to compete

Platinums that irritate the hell out of me:
Dead Space 2 - Easy enough, the problem is hardcore mode. Not the difficulty, I know I'm good enough to do it, I've got trophies that are far harder. However what I don't have is the time avialable to sit down and do it. Even Resistance3 10k kills was better than this as I could log on whenever I wanted and pop a few kills, with this I have to set aside at least 6 hours to dedicate in a single sitting ... more than once. With everything I have on in my privalte life that's just not an option. Frustrates the hell out of me that there's a game I'm 1 trophy short on platting and I can't because they created out-of-game requirements/limitations to get it as opposed to in-game requirements (i.e. grinding/skill)

And those are the only 3 games on my trophy card I've not got the platinum for

Ah yeah - good shout. I would love to have that but the online requirements take too much grinding (and a certain element of luck) and I tried to beat all the AIs on the hardest difficulty, but you are so nerfed as Europe I gave up).

Just pause it and leave your PS3 on

The game is at it's best when you stand to lose 5 hours progress for a death. You really pay attention to the scurrying sounds then...

I have a launch day PS3 and I get to play, at best, a few hours a weekend. For some reason I'm hesistant about leaving my 60GB fatty on and (mostly) paused for the month or so it would take me to accumulate enough hours to finish it (notwithstanding if I die). Dunno why, would just make me worry a bit. Especialy when I'm not at home (which is more often than not)    ;p

Wipeout being the obvious choice, also mirrors edge. I hit a bad wall trying to accomplish one of the moves you have to do and I kept failing it, never managed to get to even try the speedruns.

definitely wipeout, im miles off that one!! warhawk plat was a *****, but it was my proudest trophy moment, i was so happy when i saw that one pop!!! ha ha!!! also, burnout paradise, and assassins creed brotherhood, as these two have a glitched trophy for me, so i cant get plat, boooo!!!!!

i might at some stage go back and do dead space hardcore, but im in two minds about it!!!

This thread has definitely made me want to go back and finish Dead Space 2... but it's also scared me off Hardcore, lol.

I guess one 100% I'd be jealous of is Renegade Ops, I've played a lot of that game but I've always played it co-op, and the developer for some stupid reason made it so all the trophies have to be earned in single-player, so I've only earned one trophy when I've fulfilled the requirements for most of them and I can't really bring myself to play it solo when it's so much fun in co-op.

Friend of mine has the DarkSouls Platinum, im very jealous of that.

I have only one Platinum trophy - Borderlands, I just dont have the patience to get them.

The Dark Souls platinum is a lot easier to get than the Demon's Souls one...
