I've been working on the Endangered Lizards trophy today and thought I had all of the lizards 'till the ones you reach after killing 15 colossi. Well, only the savegame trophy triggered, not the lizard trophy. After that I went on an epic quest of riding through the whole continent with my lizard detection stone, going through every square on the map at a time.

It took me about four hours to kill all the lizards. It took me about one hour to go through the map again, pausing every 15 seconds to check the map. Still, no lizards, the map says I got them all, and I agree. One possible cause could be that I think I only got the tail of one lizard and he managed to escape alive and kicking. However the SotC wiki says the lizard icon should stay on the map if it doesn't count towards killing all of the lizards.

Is this trophy bugged or am I missing something? Really wouldn't want to spend another four hours on a lizard hunt when I know I need to collect 128 pieces of fruit as well.

(And getting through colossi 3 and 6 on hard time attack - even with sword launch to the head the third one just seems impossible, Wanderer won't stay still no matter what.)

I had no issues with it, I double checked with a guide though (the one over at gamefaqs) and remembered a lot of the tricky ones from the PS2 version. I've heard one other person complain that they didn't get it though, but with any trophy with a large amount of collectibles you never know if there was a mistake on their part, so I guess it's a possibility you've been very unfortunate and it's glitched on you. Did you reload before looking across the whole map again? Some that may have gotten away alive might not respawn until you've reloaded.

Other than that all I'd suggest really is doing it again with the list from the guide copied into a txt or printed out and crossing out ones you get as you get them and saving and reloading often, considering some of them around save points where multiple are located only appear in an area if you leave it and come back or reload the save. It's a bit of a tedious trophy but if you have the time attack items and a couple playthrough's worth of stamina then you can skip everything and beat the first 15 in a couple hours before you start to collect them.
