I believe it is cumulative i.e. you don't need them all at the one time. Spend away

Do you have some tips for me especially for the skill point in overboad to do a twisty McMarx.... i fail every time
When you get to the biggest jump hold the left analogue stick left or rigt and press R1,R2,L1,L2 (Not at the same time) before you finish the jump.

excellent, well done boyd! thats a pretty nice time too. think im with Litt, the hoverboard skills are a bit tough, so any tips are great use, will try them out later.
