I did all them Borderlands trophies splitscreen with a second controller with the girlfriend. Got all the trophies during the PSN outage in 2011 just grabbed the viral multiplayer trophy and platinum the day the network returned. You don't need two players just a second controller player 2 will teleport to catch-up. I plan on doing this for the evil Mad Moxxi DLC when i cba sometime.
