Killzone multiplayer platinum was quite easy except for a couple of tricky ones on stahl arms but my 35th plat so am well pleased, a good way to end a monday.

I finally got my first platiinum at the weekend for LA Noire - never bothered trying to get platinums before, I usually get bored with the tasks (particularly 50 kills with gun A, 50 kills with gun B etc) but I was quite pleased when that one popped

just got the aptly titled, mission impossible (gold) trophy on dead space 2, complete the game on zealot difficulty, not gonna bother with the last trophy i need for plat, cause you can only save the game 3 times and have to complete it on hardcore difficulty, reckon if i died and went back to the start of the game, i might end up with a broken controller!! good game otherwise for those of you who haven't played it!!

Mass Effect 2 - Acquire the Archangel
Got the full gamerscore on the 360 so decided to run through on the PS3 as well, 360 is my pure paragon run so planning on a near-pure renegade run on the PS3 (360 had 100% survivors, want to go into ME3 with just Tali and Garrus on the PS3, everyone else dearly departed). Also changing classes, soldier versus infiltrator.

So the first thing I'm going for is the insane difficulty run with 100% survivors (thus all loyalty missions), I'll use that as an import into my renegade run (where I only have to do 2 loyalty missions if I want). Chose insanity with all survivors first as loyalty makes the game much easier at this difficulty so thought I'd get all that out the way first (not to mention I need the loyalty trophies and I won't be able to get on my renegade run either). So far it's been fun but tough in some places, mainly due to the low hit-count of the infiltrator and the limited ammo of the sniper, especially as I don't have a tank yet. As soon as Grunt is on board then I reckon Grunt and Miranda will make a good combo with an infiltrator and when the cloak and class-specific ability is fully upgraded that'll probably make the run a bit easier as well. It's just tough early days with rubbish weapons and no upgrades, especialy against regenerating enemies (effing vorcha and krogan) with no tank character to take them out!
