I got the email yesterday but have no refund. The strange thing is the game installed ok but there is now no button on the store page to download, and cannot rate the game either as it says I need to buy it?

Motorstorm rc will not unlock on the vita. I bought the ps3 complete edition and I showed the vita version on the download list but its in trial mode and asking me to buy/upgrade to the full version.

Any help would be very welcome

Double check your download list. There might be a 100kb unlock file you need to activate the game.
