Anyone else unable to install 'Tales From Space' and getting a C2-12383-7 error?  I've tried 3 times and always get the same problem.  

I've even done it fresh off a reboot and that doesn't fix it.

Yes I have downloaded the game twice and get an error during installation. Sony ned to sort this ASAP!

Hi guys,

Unfortunately there was an issue with the upload of Tales from Space: Mutant Blobs Attack to the PS Store.  To correct the issue we have removed the item and then re-uploaded it to the store and it is now working. 

In order for you to redownload the game we are refunding all users who downloaded the faulty version, you will then be able to return to the store and purchase the working game.

Once the refunds have been issued I will let you know here.

im glad this has been looked into but is there something we must do to activate this refund or wil the system pick up the fact that i paid for the faulty version ?

I came across the same problem, bought the game yesterday night

I tried to contact the EU customer service this morning, no dice,  they just told me to wait, then I sent an E-mail to EU customer service to hurry them up

After reading this last night I purchased the game again through my Vita.
Just waiting for my refund of the first purchase now

There is nothing to do your end for the refunds, they will be done automatically.  Unfortunately I do not have a time scale at present, I will update this thread once I have more info.
