Disgraceful, its been nearly a week and I still cant install it and I still dont have a refund.

bullcrap, why should I contact the customer service to get my refund, why can't they simply issue refund according to the purchase date

I already contacted them 6 days ago  with my mobilephone and it took them 25 minutes to learn what's happening

agreed this is poor service, customer service just say it's being dealt with. when a map download for uncharted go's up on the store for 79p which turns out to be the full game by mistake sony get on top of it right away as it costs them money , a few hundred of us that download a faulty game is seen as no big issue to them,after all we allready paid for it no loss for them at all. just so messed up how they deal with paying customer's

completely agree...why should we all have to ring customer service as their system shows the date we downloaded the faulty game...automatic refunds should be easy surely?

Well this all sounds a little too messy. Can someone from Sony point us to an official route to sort out our faulty version, or tell us it's fine and we just need wait for them to correct everything (also a worst case scenario time frame would be very welcome and appreciated).

I also just feel the need to say in this whining internet world that I understand issues like this happen and I'm loving every other aspect of being an early addopter to the Vita. In the grand scheme of console releases I've been part of this feels tiny, which makes it sad that this probably very small scale issue has happened and appears to be taking a little too long to correct.
