Hi guys,

The refunds for Tales from Space should be automatic, however no timespan was provided for this.

As you are still waiting I will query this and update when I have clarification on when these will be processed for those waiting.

I also bought this game on day one - got the install error - tried redownloading - still faulty.

Now it says I have to buy it again!

Still NOT had a refund from the first time. Come on Sony - get a grip!!

I just had a call from customer services (after I'd completed one of those customer satisfcation surveys) - they are still processing the mass refund and the process can take up to two weeks.  I pointed out that I bought the game before the 22nd so 2 weeks is nearly up - and I was just told there were no gaurantees it would be done in this time.

I appreciate that there are a lot of accouts to work through - but surely it should have been done by now?

Not sure if I can be bothered to buy this game again after all this hassle.

no time frame on refunds but they will come thats all the guy on the phone will say
