I bought my psvita in Canada and I am currently on vacation in China. I cannot download any games or charge funds to my PSN account, any possible solutions?

H ciciccz,

I assume you have a Canadian account there, you can usually access an account from a different territory from abroad. Do any messages or error codes appear when attempting to download a game of fund your account?

yes actually the error code is NP-2244-2. I tried the recommended solution but it doesn't seem to work either. and i am sure my internet connection is not the cause. oh and thanks for your attention

If you're using WiFi then the Great Firewall of China may well be blocking the traffic to the Canadian servers seeing as they've recently been upping their security.

Hey there

I just started getting this error message. I've never had a problem prior to this and I'm certain there's nothing wrong with my credit card. I've bought and downloaded many games in the last few months alone.

I tried clearing my billing information and waiting 72 hours, but to no avail. I've read that some people haven't been able to buy online for years. I certainly hope that's not the case with me!

Same problem here, can't use my credit card for over a week now. 

Sadly, the officials don't say anything but "just wait 48 hours", which is not very helpful to be honest :/

Nope, not China. I'm in South Korea, but I'm using the South African PS Store. As I've done for the last two years without problems.

I have a problem with downloading from the ps store i have wifi connection full bars atleasr but when i star the download is says either cannot download (E-80103a2a) or could not install (E-8010540e) i tried to search up the error codes online but they eerent recognised, could some 1 help me its very stressful.
