Namco Bandai tech suipport are "too busy to answer the phone" and my email has not even received an auto acknowledgement which is worrying.  

Can anyone help with either of these issues please?

Hi guys,

Those who have entered the code you got with Ridge Racer into the site, and the resulting code from this to the PlayStation store which has come up invalid-

• If you log in and log out the discounted product should appear on the store.
• The code will redeem fine and the discount service entitlement should appear in  'Account Management' > 'Transaction management' > 'Services List'.

The account management team for Namco have confirmed this should be working now.

Thank you for the response.  Namco also emailed me with the above info.  I redeemed the code, and it offered me a gold pass.  I said yes, but nothing downloaded.  Has it worked?  How can I tell?

You have to download the items yourself, it's not a bundle - just look on the store under Ridge Racer - you will see a track, car and a couple of music tracks, for free - the rest are being released before the 31st.

hi Rabidwalker - i have a little problem too. I purchased ridge from psn, and in "Services List " on the psn store, it shows i have an active goldpass.

however... the extra track and vehicle are not showing as free in the store, and i still only have the default three tracks in the game. on the store the description for the track says it is free to users who have the gold pass.

should it show as free? i.e will i get charged if i download it?

Tried mine earlier and didn't work. Thought I'd come back to the site later. Got the email to say it was now ok, went back to the site and the codes had blanked down. Now no way of getting my code for the store back again. Damn.

I also purchased over PSN.

No confirmation about the Gold DLC at all, and have only found that I'm supposed to have it by following instructions found in this thread by looking in Services List.

However, even though my Services List shows Ridge Racer Gold DLC, this doesn't seem to be discounting the content that's available in the store? So at the moment, I'm unable to download any DLC.

i rang sony cust services and they werent aware of the issue. They have escalated and will ring me back later.

I did the code, and the PSN Code that was given to me did not work, but luckily I decided to write it down, 4 hours later though I would try again, and it worked, remember if you use the code in the case though you cannot use it again, so glad I wrote it down.
