Hi all.

I bought a Playstation Vita this morning which I had preordered.  I have done all the stuff required on the Sony preorder site and the Namco Bandai site for the Ridge Racer code.

Problems are :

Nothing in my email from Sony with my code for Frobisher and other stuff.

My code for the Ridge Racer DLC comes up as "invalid code" on the PSN store.

Namco Bandai tech suipport are "too busy to answer the phone" and my email has not even received an auto acknowledgement which is worrying.  

Can anyone help with either of these issues please?

Having the same problems as well.

Same issues here especially with the ridge racer code. The sony codes can take upto 72 hours to be issued but the DLC codes from ridge racer is really annoying.

The ridge racer code is to enter on there site not the psn store, the site wasnt up yesterdayt but now is.

I know that I've entered the code on the namco ridge racer site and got a PSN redeem code. It's the PSN redeem code that was generated by on the namco ridge racer site that comes up as invalid on the PSN vita store.

It may sound strange but at least I now know its not just my code so hopefully they'll fix it.  Seems a lot of ridge racer users here so I think I might start a friends thread for it.....I could do with friends to race against

The code the website give me isnt working either, will try later, if not its an email to namco

Same for my all - I have been trying the Namco Generated PSN code all morning and still says invalid - funny thing is the bloody code generated for the £8 discount on that Katamara game worked OK though!! Codes works when they want money from you but not when its time for them to give us something LOL

Called their tech support keep getting they are too busy or closed and sent email and also had no reply - no good really is it!

ALSO I got my two codes from Sony for Frobisher Says and my discounted game - yet the discounted game I asked for was Escape Plan - and even though the email confirms that the code gave me discount on Hustle Kings - *****

Sony are so bad at getting their code system right - just annoys me

Im getting the same problem with hustle kings, says my discount code is invalid.
