Hi guys,

We have received confirmation that beginning this evening, registered users will be sent a follow up email with an active voucher code to claim £5 on the game of your choice. Users who received a voucher code today, which they were unable to redeem, should wait to receive their follow up email and redeem the voucher code provided in order to receive their discount.

Users who did redeem their voucher code this morning and discovered that their discount did not apply to the title they had chosen will also receive the follow up email with a voucher code. These consumers should redeem this voucher code to obtain a discount applied to the title they originally chose.
