I pre-orderen my Ps Vita in a game store in Denmark, togehter with the "ear-phones" there is a ticket with "Playstaion VIta-preorder code", it is written that I am suppose to enter this code at www.psvitafirst.com but I can not see where to enter the code?

(I already do have a PS3 account, that is the one I am using)

I've been waiting a day for my code to be sent, but nothing at all I redeemed it on the PSVITAFIRST site, selected Super Stardust and was told to check my inbox. 

I hope this will be sorted by the morning. Very very sloppy, especially after the PSN hack last summer (I still have not reactivated my credit card info on PSN thanks to that fiasco. Confidence is everything.

I know what you mean, I also did have to get a new Visa Card, because of the hack last year. Now I do not want to put in my mew credit card details because I do not feel safe with playstaion network yet.

And I guess that this does not make it better? The advertise with the Preorder code, that you can get 5 Eruo discount on a game, "Frobisher says" and also PS VIta items and Avatar - but how can you get that if you are not told where on www.psvitafirst.com you have to enter the code???

I wonder why they are not more professionel about this?

I'm the same its annoying me because I really want escape plan. I put this code in 12 hours ago I'm still waiting for the email with the psn codes. Any idea why its taking so long?
